All my life,  I have been surrounded by great cooks—from my mom and sisters to the wonderful men in my community. I’ve truly been blessed with this gift, and I want to share it with everyone. 

When I started Bad Brad’s Cajun Cooking, my goal was not only to share my recipes but also to offer helpful tips and tricks for those who are still learning.

I’m proud of my Cajun heritage and I love to cook, laugh, and have a good time. Sharing these videos with you brings me joy, and I pray that this journey will one day allow me to feed those who are less fortunate.
